"The programme is designed to facilitate the smoker taking control of his/her habit. The group dynamics add to the incentive and the "trainers" are superb in their delivery of material. I cannot speak highly enough about the variety and content of the course, which draws the smoker in slowly using various techniques to build their confidence to extent that they can eventually stop by themselves. I will be mounting another course in the not too distant future and hope to make this a regular event until we achieve a smoke free zone!"
